Line the cake pan with baking paper and wipe with butter. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour peeled pears into small pieces and cut into small slices. Add lemon juice from one lemon and pear liqueur and mix everything well. Sift the flour and mix with the baking powder. Add it to the pears along with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
Finally, beat the eggs in a bowl and pour the melted butter. We mix everything well. Pour the finished dough into a cake pan and put into a preheated oven for about 50 minutes. Try the skewers if the dough is baked (it must not stick to it) and then take the cake out of the mold and let it cool. Mix apricot jam with 1 tablespoon of water and strain through a sieve to remove lumps. Then we spread the whole cake with this apricot icing and lightly sprinkle it with icing sugar.
