Ingredients

  • 3 pears
  • 3 apples
  • 100 g semi-coarse flour
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • ¼ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 160 g of cane sugar
  • 60 g softened butter
  • 1 whipping cream

Cooking guidelines

We wash the apples and pears, peel them, remove the seeds and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Put the fruit in a smaller baking dish (or divide it into several small baking bowls), drizzle with lemon juice and mix with cinnamon and 60 g of sugar.

Mix the remaining sugar in another bowl with flour and lemon zest. Add softened butter and knead the mixture. Once the ingredients are combined, we grind the mixture with our hands. Pour the crumb on the fruit.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the baking dish on the grill in the middle of the oven and bake the dessert for about half an hour.

We decorate the finished crumble with whipped cream.
