Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted almonds (can be roasted)
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Cooking guidelines

Pour the nuts and almonds into a blender, add the oil and blend the mixture for a few minutes on the highest setting. In the result, the consistency of butter should be beautifully smooth.

Fill the finished butter into resealable jars and refrigerate.
