Ingredients

  • 12 thin slices of ham
  • 3/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 medium diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar
  • 10 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • non-stick cooking spray

Cooking guidelines

Preheat the oven to 200 C. Coat 12 cups of standard muffin form with cooking spray.

Line the muffin cupcakes with sliced ​​ham. Divide the spinach, onion, tomato and cheese evenly between the cups.

Beat eggs and salt in a large bowl. Season with black pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the muffin baskets.

Bake for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool for a while and then serve warm.
