Mint ice cream with chocolate
If you like vanilla ice cream, chocolate and peppermint taste, mint ice cream with chocolate is for you. The preparation takes a minimum of time and if we want a crunchy ice cream dessert, you can use extra biscuits.

Ingredients
- 3 packs of vanilla ice cream
- 2 packs of peppermint chocolate from Nestle
- 600 ml of whipped cream
- chocolate topping
- mint cookies from Nestle (may not be)
Cooking guidelines
Cut the vanilla ice cream into elongated "sandwich" plates and place them on a tray right next to each other.
Sprinkle the ice cream with solid whipped cream and sprinkle with grated peppermint chocolate. We spread the biscuits on it and press lightly. Then re-layer ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate. Insert the tray to the freezer and let it freeze slightly. Then remove and pour the melted chocolate icing and sprinkle with the rest of the mint chocolate. Freeze again in the freezer.
