Cut the herbs into smaller pieces to loosen the essential oils (be careful not to cut the herbs into too small pieces). Pour the herbs into a container and pour over the apple cider vinegar.
Leave the herbs to infuse for at least one month in a closed container in the dark and cold. Shake it every week to prevent deposits. After leaching, it is enough to strain the resulting liquid through a canvas into a new clean glass. It is advisable to add a sprig of fresh herbs to increase the overall aroma. The vinegar created in this way will last you several months.
