1 handful of fresh herbs (mixture of thyme, rosemary, chives and parsley)
3 cloves garlic
250 g butter
salt pepper
Cooking guidelines
Finely chop the washed and dried herbs. Peel and garlic the garlic cloves.
Wipe the softened butter with chopped herbs, garlic, salt and pepper to a foam. Place in a bowl, food foil or molds. Then let it freeze in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or freeze for later.
