Ingredients

  • 150 g white yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon curry spice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 500 g chicken breast fillets
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Cooking guidelines

Mix fresh white yogurt with curry spices, Dijon mustard, chili ketchup and soy sauce, lightly salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly to combine the ingredients into a uniform mixture.

Tap the chicken slices lightly, load into the marinade and place in the fridge for 3 hours. It will be best if you can keep them in the marinade overnight.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices, salt and pepper and fry them on each side in hot oil.

Grill the meat in the same oil on each side and serve with roasted potatoes.
