Peel an onion and fry until golden, then add mashed garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add chicken broth, raw chicken breast, lemon zest and crushed red pepper to the pot. Raise the temperature to the maximum, cover and bring to a boil. Once cooking, reduce the temperature to medium temperature and then cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in couscous, 1 teaspoon of salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes. Then turn off.
Use pliers to remove two chicken breasts from the pot. Use a fork and tongs to slice the chicken. Then put the meat back in the pot. Stir in the crushed feta cheese and chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve warm.
