Banana fritters accompanied by our side dishes are great for sweet food lovers. And the kids will like them anyway....

Ingredients

  • 65 g tapioca flour
  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 65 g rice flour
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • coconut oil
  • possible side dishes:
  • maple syrup
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • fresh blueberries
  • toasted pecans

Cooking guidelines

Beat the almond milk, both flours, chopped half of the banana in a food processor until the pancake batter is smooth. In an oiled frying pan or directly in a frying pan, fry the individual fritters until golden brown.

1 to 2 minutes on each side should be enough. Place the finished, still warm fritters on a plate and top them with one of the listed side dishes or all of them.
