Ingredients

  • Honey - 1 teaspoon.
  • Banana - 1 no. (It should be peeled and sliced).
  • Hazelnuts - 2 teaspoons. (It should be chopped).
  • Soya milk - 250 ml.
  • Nutmeg - a little (It needs to be grated).

Cooking guidelines

Honey, soya milk, nutmeg and banana must be blended until they become smooth.

The mixture should poured into two large glasses.

It needs to be topped with hazelnuts.
